If you can't get tickets to scan even after following the in-app instructions, there are a few more things you can try.
First, and most importantly, make sure that you have network connectivity and the ticket is lying on a flat surface with even light (doesn't need to be bright light just as long as it's not coming in at a strange angle.)
Next, there are a wide variety of lottery ticket printers and some print numbers taller or wider than others. To correct for this, you can change the size of the scanning window while scanning: just press the menu button while in scan mode to toggle the window bigger or smaller.
If scanning still doesn't work after doing this, please email aaron@analogapps.com with a picture of your ticket - in rare cases it's a ticket format that we've never seen before, but we're always more than happy to modify the software to accomodate new ticket printers.
